Paintball Genie was started and is maintained by paintball players. We know what type of gear you are looking for and filter out all the junk that we wouldn't use ourselves. INVENTORY
Paintball Genie does it best to maintain current inventory on all the items we list and sell. We have two warehouses that we stock goods, one in Missouri and another in New York. We also pull certain items direct from the manufactures. Please feel free to email us to ask if the items you are looking for are in stock. We try to email back within 15-30 min, sometimes faster. On Apparel (Jerseys, pants, ect) We do not stock any inventory. There are simply too many brands, colors and sizes to try to carry. However most apparel still ships in 1-3 days.
SHIPPING
You want your stuff and we want you to have it. Paintball Genie does everything it can to ship your good out the same day or next day. We process and pack order 7 days a week, If there is ever an out of stock item or potential shipping delay you will be notified immediately. We ship UPS and USPS depending on your location and selection we may alter your shipping choice to get your gear to you faster. We will never slow your package down. International shipment take a couple extra days to process due to the paperwork that must be provided for customs.
PAYMENT
We love Security, PaintballGenie.com employs the latest and greatest security measures to protect your information. Your Credit card payments are protected by 128-bit security measures during the transaction. (128 bit is theoretically unbreakable) however even if some supercomputer (no computer in existence can) decides that they want to try to break the code, the second that your order processed PaintballGenie.com automatically deletes your CC data from our system. So there isn't anything there for a hacker to find. Our system is so secure, not even I can see your CC info!
And for further security and convenience we also integrate with Paypal.
RETURNS / WARRANTIES
While we try to do our best to give you the most accurate description and pictures. Sometimes it just isn't want you wanted. Paintball Genie will authorize an RMA for all New in Box / unused goods. Once you air it up, fill it up, wash it, take it apart, play with it - You own it.....
Please take a min upon receiving your order to review and fill out all warranty cards that come with your new equipment. Also take a min and read your instruction manuals, We cannot take responsibility if you decide to hook a Co2 tank to a marker that requires N2. Please contact the equipment manufacture if you have any questions about your warranty.
